EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE

The Executive Committee, also known as the Board of Directors, serves the Frisco Trails Subdivision Homeowners Association by overseeing the operations of the association and ensuring that the governing documents of the association are followed and enforced. While never heavy-handed, these elected volunteers seek to ensure that the beauty and safety of your neighborhood is preserved for all. The Board recommends that you familiarize yourself with the Frisco Trails Subdivision Bylaws and Covenants and Restrictions found on this website.

The Frisco Trails Subdivision HOA Board of Directors is elected to one-year terms at the annual HOA business meeting. Current officers are:

Yard of the Month Committee

The Yard of the Month Committee is responsible for identifying exemplary yards in the neighborhood with our Yard of the Month sign, which rotates on a monthly basis. The Yard of the Month Committee is active during the growing season, and during the Christmas decorating season.

SOlar Panel Committee

The Solar Panel Committee is responsible for developing and implementing guidelines and requirements that ensure that any homeowner wishing to install solar energy systems do so in a manner that does not detract from the beauty of our neighborhood.

ArchitecturaL Committee

The Architectural Committee considers requests for any alterations to the exterior of Frisco Trails homes, to ensure that modifications and alterations are in keeping with the developer’s original vision for the subdivision, and with our Covenants and Restrictions. It is very important that you submit your request for approval to the Architectural Committee before commencing any alterations to the exterior of your home, using the form found on this website.

PICNIC COMMITTEE

The Picnic Committee helps plan and execute the annual Frisco Trails neighborhood picnic.

BEAUTIFICATION COMMITTEE

The Beautification Committee helps maintain the common areas (retention basins), sign, and Trail of Tears walking path.
